I am attempting to create a "Clean Your Room" dashboard which measures the quality, or lack thereof, of data inputted into the system. For several of the components, I am looking to track inactivity after a certain amount of days regarding opportunities, targets, referrals, etc. I believe the field I need to filter by is the "last activity" field, however this field does not seem to be populated for many of the reports I have run. Does anyone know what exactly prompts the population of this field? Does it require a specific salesforce platform, user license, or kit? Any help is much appreciated.
The Last Activity field refers only to Tasks and Events. The Last Modified field addresses any changes to the record. The Last Activity date field does not track Task or Event changes.
