Hi , We're thinking about Implementing Ideas (internally only). Do I need to have community licences to implement Ideas for internal chatter users?

    Hi Elaine,

     

    When you say internal chatter users it all depends what kind of user licenses they have. Bascially if they are on Chatter Free licenses then they don't have access to ideas. If they have Chatter Plus licenses or normal CRM licenses then they can access ideas.
