Global Search

How do we run a global search? To check if an account is in someone's name?

    Hi Tara Dillemuth,

     

    For searching if the account is in someones name you will have to seach by the account name in the global search, if you have any security settings then you will not be able to view accounts not owned by you, these can be seen only by the system administrator or the person who has access to all the accounts records.
