For some time (> 6 months) I have had SFDC configured to send me Support e:mail

For some time (> 6 months) I have had SFDC configured to send me Support e:mail.I'm not aware that I have received any notifications to date.

    I could not understand your question.

     

    When you say, SFDC configured to send me support email... Are you looking any email alert w.r.t workflow rule or ?
