How do I convert a contact list CSV file into a mass email list?

I have a list with names and corresponding email addresses in a CSV file, all of which are already in salesforce. Is there a way to transfer that list into a mass email list? I am having trouble adding all of the contacts into the 'view' because of the restraints of the filters. Is there an easier way to choose which contacts I want to include in the mass email? Thank you

Hello Harvey,

You can pasrse the CSV file and get the email address and then you can use those email address as per your requirements.
