Rich text field for attachments uploaded to RFI form on web-to-lead setup

Will a rich text field on the web-to-lead setup capture attachments uploaded to RFI form from our company website?

Standard web-to-lead does not include support for file attachments from a website. You may want to take a look at this partner app. We recently worked with these guys and the app works great.
