One of our users does not have access to activiities and mails sent other than his own (also I can see mails the other users has written). We do - as far as known - no explicit barrier to see such mails. Thanks for some ideas. Regards Peter

Yes, I am the System Admin. Believe the only way to give entire access is by giving admin rights to all users (we are only 3 users on the system).
