Anyone know what that means????

Matthew - thanks for responding.
When I am prompted to login through the connector I put in my username/passcode. I then get a message about needing the password key so I go into SFDC, reset my key, then add the key to my password. At that point is when I get the error noted above.
I did not move the file. I've installed with no issues on 2007 in the past but am now on 2010 and once I got the Office toolkit installed (new job new laptop) the Sforce Excel plugin installed as expected. Now I just can't get past the login so I can begin using the query wizard. Stuck and not sure what else to do.
