The Help & Training on the '11 release is horrible. It's not intuitive at all and the search results don't come close to what I am looking for, even when I click directly on a link that comes up to match what I'm typing. Can Salesforce change back to the old help & training search/match criteria?? Because this new version doesn't work and it doesn't help.
