Hi all now that this is GA for Spring 21 do we still have to refresh the sandboxes to make this available?

@Rohit Mehta, some sandboxes might not be available in Spring '21 in spite of refreshing until Feb 12-13th. Please refer to that blog to know if your sandbox is ready for Spring'21
