Hi Experts!
One of our clients (an HVAC company) is not happy with having to have and maintain two statuses (one for SA and one for WO).
I have explained the concept of what each object truly represents (when vs what) and also the different scenarios. However, They want to move to a scenario with SA being equal to the WO.
I believe this is not best practice. Do you guys know of any issues/implications that this must have in the future provided we go this route.

Hi @Dave Lechasseur. We have several processes that run on WO's and SA's (not best practice, I know). Mainly though we do most of our updating on the SA. I think if you design the processes correctly you shouldn't run into an issue with recursion.
