Hello Salesforce community, wondering if I can get some assistance on Enhanced Notes in LEX. 

Our users are used to copying and pasting text into their Notes, however with the Enhanced Notes for LEX the text they are pasting doesn't appear to be getting saved. The user waits for the Note to go from Saving to Saved in the bottom, then closes. When they reopen, the contents of the Note is no longer their. 

Is there a limitation on Enhanced Notes where you can't paste text? 

Does the user need to do another step before closing out? Notes auto-save, so not sure what step would be needed. 

Looking for advise as I can't seem to figure out why the content/body of the Note keeps being removed/not saved for our users.
