Attempting to delete a product tag and getting this error: 

Product Tag cannot be deleted because it is used by Assignment Rules. Make sure the product tag is not assigned to any Assignment Rules before deleting.

I don't have any active assignment rules on the product tag... #BugAlert

    I figured out the relationship for the product tags to assignment rules is stored on the tag assignment object (agf__ADM_Tag_Assignment__c).  I was able to delete the relationship records from this table and then I could delete the assignment rules and the product tag.
