Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me out with how to open a BUG related to Service Cloud feature (Snap-in in specific). I can only see a way to submit an Idea but not bug. I do have replication step with Salesforce OOB functionality but not sure how can I log it so that right team can look into it.
