Can anyone explain how to use my old Salesforce Classic email templates in Lightning? Having difficulties getting a campaign ready to email out to customers. Any help would be appreciated.

In what context are you having issues? They work the same as they do in classic if we're talking on the back-end and connecting to email alerts, etc.
