In the new mobile app will I be able to customize the first 4 tabs in the bottom of the user's screen, or will it only accept the first 4 tabs in the app?

Hi Cristine, the first 4 tabs in the app will be the same as the first 4 tabs in the Lightning app (or in the Mobile Only navigation). If your users personalize their navigation and move their tabs around, those changes will be reflected on mobile as well—including the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
