I'm trying to get the presentation from the webinar and it will not open. I was not able to log into the webinar. Once I logged in there was no sound. Now I'm not able to get to the presentation. I don't know how I'm supposed to get my team ready for this change. No-one answers from Sales Force. How can I get the presentation?

@Dawn Staudt Since you posted your question in the community that means that you were successfully logged in (at least when you did your original post), which is all you need to get to the deck. The recording is posted on Vidyard, which is a public link and does not require login, though it may ask for your email address to view.
