Anyone have an idea what i could be missing???? I have checked the "Hide Option to Switch to Salesforce Classic" and it is Unchecked for a Custom Profile. The Users do not see the Switch to Salesforce Classic

I had to contact Salesforce and they had to reimplement my ORG's ability to switch back to Classic. Error on their part!
