I am not able to use the coupon code which was provided for month of may certification days over the email. I am getting invalid promotion code error when registering for admin certification exam even though I have not used it once. Can anyone help me out here?

I am also getting the same error when trying to use coupon code from month of April which was shared over the email. My payment was declined. Is it possible that coupon is marked as used even if payment is declined. Is there any restriction about using codes from multiple months if I have attended session from both of them. i am using them separately.
