I have a question-
If I want to list down the list of reports/dashboards created in Classic - Is this possible via creating a report or anyway?

You can create a custom report type and choose "Reports" as the primary object. Then you can create another custom report type with "Dashboards" as the primary object. Each one will give you a list of records with some basic details.
