The transition to lightning critical update should appear in the critical updates section in setup. There you can see the date that the critical update will be applied.

Mike, clarifying just a bit more. Most critical updates turn on at the same time for everyone and the Critical Update Console in Setup is a good place to see when the activation date is.
But the Lightning Experience Critical Update is different in that it has a rolling activation. The date you see in the console may not be accurate for your production org.
We recommend using
status.salesforce.comto see when your org's instance will get updated to Winter '20. Then you can expect the CRUC for your org in 24-48 hours of that date.
