Hi everyone,

Our organization has an implementations team that requires a sequence of duties to be performed in order to "onboard" a customer. We currently have a custom object that we are continuing to build on top of and are beginning to worry that this custom object may have not been best practice.

Does anyone have any experience/suggestions to perform a sequence of duties in Salesforce?

I should mention that the duties are owned by various users.
