currently you can access your Lightning Communities through the Mobile Publisher for Community Cloud app (a standalone app per community). In *safe harbor* the team is also looking at making Lightning Communities accessible through your existing Salesforce Mobile App (mySalesforce) with the upcoming Winter '20 release.
