I am testing StorageHelper in a Sandbox. When I try to restore a record I am getting an "Insert failed" error on different fields, and can't restore any of the archived items. The error said "Your solution provider has been notified. (SH2)" Can you please help with this? I am in need of a solution like StorageHelper, but can't risk this type of issue.
One thing I noticed in the previous posts is a reference to version 3.14, but the AppExchange shows version 3.11, which is what is installed in my Sandbox.

Not every release is published on the AppExchange, so there will sometimes be a newer released version compared to the version available there.
If you would like support can provide links to update your package to 3.14.
