The Lightning Transition Experience Assistant says to turn on Lightning by going to Roll Out > Switch Users > Square icon with plus sign. My user name has a grayed out square icon, no plus sign. I can't click it and turn it on. I think this is a profile or permission set issue but no where can I find specific instruction on how to enable me to turn on lightning for just me rather than the who org.

Jhon and Michelle, yes all users in our org have Lighting Experience enabled in their permission sets. Also I am using Chrome. I figured out a work around, I changed the setting so Lightning is turned on for everyone but people have to click the switch button, and still have the ability to switch back to Classic at any time. Thanks for everyone's help.
