
Push Notifications: In a previous FSLOffice Hours session, I had brought up the issue of suppressing notifications for Service Appointments in the 'Scheduled' Status, but being able to send push notifications for for Service Appointments in the 'Dispatched' Status.
I was told to open a case with Salesforce Support to get this set up. I did open a case and I'm being told that this is not possible to control notifications based on status.
So is it all or nothing for push notifications? Did I miss something?
