Knowledge Articles in the FSL mobile app:
We have a custom field on a Knowledge article that contains a hyperlink. This is not visible on the related article record on the mobile app. Is there a way to get to show, or is there some limitation that prevents it?
Ideally, the engineer should be able to read an article summary and then has the option to click that link to be redirected to the full article.
