@Latoya Williams, Lightning Sync is a bi-directional sync between Outlook and Salesforce. All we are saying is that when you sync from Salesforce to Outlook, and the data leaves our system to go to Microsoft's Outlook system, we are no longer in the loop--everything from that point onwards is between you and Microsoft.
