We have enable partial users with Lightning Experience for a while. Our users are experiencing slow respond time in Lightning just loading the standard salesforce lightning homepage. All our superusers feel the same.
It seams to me there is not adequate computing resources allocated to Lightning.
Does anyone of you have same experience in AP4 instance?

@Kian Ching NG the Lightning experience components initially will take longer time to load. once loading completed they will work faster than classic. I know users will get frustrated with this loading. Initial loading will take longer.
