I ran into your late 2015 question about escaping double quotes in a conditional merge field criteria, and I’m exactly in the same situation you were in back then.

I have a “Special clarifications” section in my sales quote template, that I want to only show if it’s not blank, and these special clarifications may contain inches as double quote characters.
