I am having trouble finding where to update my email page layout in lightning. When I add email to Activity box on a record I cannot see the "to" Box and other standard fields. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Gary O'Sullivan you need to make sure you add the 'email' option in the 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions' section of the relevant page layout and then you will be able to see the email settings on that page. Please note, this change will not save if you have email deliverability switched off - I had the same issue last week and was going round and round in circles until I worked it out!
