We're considering migrating to Lightning, but we've made a handful of other system changes lately and there is concern that we'll frustrate our users with too much change.  Looking for feedback from those of you who have made the switch:  How is it working for you?  What are the biggest benefits?  Frustrations?  **Is it all worth the change management?**  Thanks in advance!
