#LEX4VF Adding lightningStyleSheets="true" to my existing visualforce page doesn't load slds.css file on production domain. But when I preview the visualforce from Developer console, it is loading that CSS. Help needed.

Did you enable lightning experience in your org? It's odd that its not showing in the org but in developer console.
It's also possible to run SLDS in production, I have several versions running in static resources to the point where it's eating up more space than i want. Some appexchange packages use their own so its a challenge to figure out what they are modifying or adding in their packages.
