In Classic, on a feed-based Console page layout, when clicking on a (default) Publisher Action, it expands. When you click on it again, it collapses.
In the Lightning Console, the publisher action expands, but doesn't collapse afterwards. Due to it not collapsing, we don't have enough space to read the case feed, which we have underneath the publisher in our Lightning page layout.
Is this a known issue, on the road map or is there an Idea I can vote up on? The only workaround I can think of is to add the publisher within a tab component on the case page layout, which is not the best user experience since the quick actions are the most used items on the case.

Once the Idea has reached the minimum point threshold (2,500 points) it will trigger a Product Team review for road map consideration and feedback.
