With the Spring Release I'm hoping there's a way to do this but I haven't seen one in the release notes yet. When using the old classic console users our users would call through a large list of leads and liked that the list view at the top marked where they were at in the list. In the Lightning Sales Console it just keeps taking them to the top of the list instead of showing where they left off. Is there a setting we can change to track where they're at?
You are correct Cari.
In classic we have markers for the last clicked item in the list so that you know where you are as you work down a list. The last clicked markers include -
- italicized font
- light blue background
This is separate from the push notifications feature (Live Lists & Records). However, push notifications uses similar markers.
Jeff and I discussed this morning. This is indeed on the backlog. The release schedule is not finalized at the moment.
