The new View All option to view archived Activities does not appear on our Activity Timeline.

I have a Contact with Activities that are greater than a year old. I understand those are auto-archived (I have asked for the archived days value to be increase). In WINTER 18 Salesforce delivered the ability to view archived activities in Lightning from the Activity Timeline via the View All option.

In my org, there is no View All option as part of the Load More Past Activities.
