I'm dealing with the issue that Flies are not reparented on merges for Contact. As a workaround, I thought I could share a File with another Contact in Lightning, but I don't see the option in Files. Is there a permission that is missing?

That's the app we are already using. Ran into trigger errors on some users. Seems to be related to the user doing the merge doesn't have Collaborator access on the files.
