Need guidance: I need to migrate a URL button to lightning and below are the details:

Type: Opportunity list button called "New Opportunity" and required in the opportunity related list of 'Contact' record detail page. Currently we have URL hacks to pre-fill lead source and 2 other custom fields while creating opportunity from the contact detail page - these fields are set to values from contact record fields (eg., Opp Lead Source = Contact Lead Source). 

I tried quick actions - but this does not support pre-fill with values from related records (pick list or lookup values). It looks like lightning component is the way to go - any template to cover this requirement would help. also please suggest whether any easy declarative option available. Thanks in advance.
