Lightning components actions are custom. When we refer to "standard" actions, it typically means those provided from Salesforce "out of the box", so we don't have a standard list.

However, Vin and Santiago are building a lightning component toolkit! Although the toolkit is not part of the platform feature set, it is open source code being shared to replicate common javascript use cases.
