Within Opportunities, the email action allows the window to pop out when composing. However, on Cases, there is no option to pop out the window. Is this the expected behavior? If so, is this on the roadmap to add in the pop out function?

@Vincent Pham This is really unfortunate because our Service team does a lot of emailing through Salesforce. The limited space is requiring a lot of scrolling which is slowing down productivity. I really hope that this can be addressed fairly quickly.
