In Support Settings, you can check the box for Notify Case Owners when Case Ownership Changes and in Classic this defaults the notification box on the change owner screen to checked, but it does not in Lightning. Is this on the roadmap, I don't see it on the posted roadmap?

Okay, I followed up to see what the bug number was and whether this was ever published as a KI. I have just been told, that this is not marked as a bug, but as a feature request, a user story. (W-4340494)
Since this is not listed anywhere as a limitation in Lightning, I am not happy with that answer.
