Do I need to be an Administrator in order to run the Lightning Readiness Report? I'm getting an error message.

@Mary Gaffney, required permissions to run the Readiness Check and get the report are explained at the top of this topic: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=lex_readiness_check.htm .
