I would like some clarification about the upcoming change on Notes & Attachments in Winter '18.

According to the Spring '17 release notes:

"In the near future, you’ll no longer be able to use the Notes & Attachments related list to attach files to records in Lightning Experience. You will need to use the Files related list instead."

From what I understand, in Winter '18 LEX users won't be able to upload files through the Notes & Attachments related list. Is that true ?

If so, it means that:

• I need to add the Files related list for my LEX users
• To avoid seeing a duplicate list of files, I need to remove the Notes & Attachments related list
• To still be able to see the notes, I need to add the Notes related list on the page
• I need to activate the Enhanced Notes feature, otherwise the Notes related list is not available

Am I correct ?
