I have some sales users in Lightning, and even though there is no marketing implementation or even access rights to it, an "Add to Campaign" button is displayed on Contacts related list.

I tried everything to remove it, but didn't succeed.

I created a case for that (16829212), and the answer was that it's "working as designed". I would be ok to hear it's a bug, but I don't understand how seeing an irrelevant button could be the result of a design (button that is crashing when used btw as users don't have the access rights).

Did I missed a way to remove it ? Or was the answer to my case the truth ?
