We've decided to lock our power users into Lightning for the rest of the week so I created the permission set to hide the switcher. I've added it to all of our power users and it's working great for all but one. He's the one I'm the most worried about switching back to classic. Any ideas why the switcher wouldn't be blocked for him? He doesn't have the "modify all data" permission and he's not a "system administrator".
