Good morning!

I have a question that I hope this community can assist with.

We've developed a solution for a client that delivers a PDF document for specific opportunities when all the right criteria are in place. The solution works great, and is built using APEX (not by me though). :)

The challenge that me and my team are having is that we have no issues at all browsing to the related tab on the object, and seeing our PDF file attached in Notes & Attachments - however, when we attempt to access the File when using a "Send Email" quick action, we can't find it at all.

I realize we might need to query the Developer groups as well, but I figured I'd start here as the problem is File related specifically.  Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!

Are you in Classic or Lightning Experience?

In Lightning, the items you want to attach must be saved as Files - not the old Notes & Attachments related list.

It's been a while since I've tried to send email from Salesforce action, but I don't remember ever having option to choose a file to attach in a Classic, I always had to upload a file from desktop or reference a Document, but never from Notes & Aatachmebts.
