State & Country Picklists Do Not Get Populated When Specified as a Quick Action Predefined Value (or when creating a new contact from the Account Record...)

So - we were really excited to see contacts populate with the Account address in this release. Then we found an issue that's been rolled into this known issue. 

The state name appears as -none- on the screen while all other details are displayed. Confusing for users as you'd expect. What was interesting is that if you ignore the -none- and just click save, the country will appear on the new contact record. That attached image will help.

Just wanted to share in case you hear about the same thing from users.
