Does anyone else run into this error when adding components to your change set in Lightning? The upside is when I refresh the screen as it mentions, everything correctly loads to my change set, but this pops up every single time I add something, so it does get a little annoying...just curious if there are others out there having the same issue.

This has happened to me. It seems pretty random, I've gotten that error in other places and not all the time. I think this is a known issue because I recall someone mentioning to refresh the page when quirky things like this happen in Lightning.
So far, it hasn't prevented me from doing what I need to do.
