In Lightning Experience, sharing list views has two options “Visible only to me” or “Visible to all users”. Sharing with certain groups of users isn’t supported. How to share list views only to certain groups in Lightning ?

@Kiran Madikonda sharing list views with groups is not currently supported in Lightning. It is on the roadmap, probably 2 releases away. You can still view Lists that are shared with groups in Lightning, you just can't create one and share it with a group.
