*******Urgent****** Please help!!

Hi There, I am having issue with registering for essay exam for advance developer certification.I have got my programming assignment packet on 13th Sept 2016. And when I am trying to register for essay exam by following suggested steps :

To register for the Essay exam:

1. Log in to www.webassessor.com/salesforce.
2. Click Register for an Exam and then locate the Salesforce Certification Programming Assignment - Essay Exam (SU16) (Sep. 13) from the list. (AD refers to candidates on the Advanced Developer track. PD refers to candidates on the Platform Developer II track).
3. Click the + sign next to the exam name to expand the item, and then click Register.
4. Select your preferred delivery method (online proctored or testing center), and then click Checkout.

When I follow the steps I do not see "Register" link under "Salesforce Certification Programming Assignment - Essay Exam (SU16) (Sep. 13)". I created a case with case 00129459 on this URL http://certification.salesforce.com/open-a-case. Unfortunately this case was auto closed without any response. I created another case yesterday with case number : 00130222. I contacted salesforce usual support with case number 14765837 but even they are unable to help me on this. They have redirected me to post chatter in this group if I want quick help.

I have to complete my assignment and essay exam before 12th Oct. I have not booked any slot so far. I am afraid if I will get the time slot booked for my essay exam in my city since I may be too late. Sorry about writing such a long but I really need help on this on urgent basis.
